NFT bot for Opensea - auto scan/buy/list

I'm looking for an Ethereum Network Smart Contract scanner for OpenSea.io that will scan the available items (continuously) and buy immediately when listed if it fulfills the set parameters. Commandline bot etc
Settings that the bot should be able to use:
- Be able to set a budget for the bot
- Specific NFT collection/contract
- rarity parameters for different price settings based upon rarity score/rank
- Max price to buy for (as soon as item is listed, if price less than .1 ETH/WETH etc)
- Ability to auto list for sale after buy
- Max Gas price setting (to use in the transaction)
