NEED MCR200 TO READ AND WRITE EMV

I have a MCR200 reader writer and a MacBook Pro. I need a software developer that knows how to alter/change the SDK so I can read and write Track 1 and 2 onto the EMV chip on a credit card. I want this software to be custom for me so I can not only understand it but access it easily. I am willing to pay good money and need someone professional enough to keep me updated as to what the progress on the project is.
I need to be able to READ AND WRITE tracks 1 and 2 onto the EMV and onto the Mag Strip as well which is already does the mag strip.

For EMV IC Card (chip card) Reader or Wirter, customization is needed. Needs to be reprogrammed using SDK to Read Write EMV IC Card. I have no idea how to program so I am taking bids from anyone that knows how to do this.
