Multiple Layout Proposals for Apartment Floor Plan

Hi there,
I'm looking for an interior architect or space designer to help me come up with several functional and creative layout ideas for an apartment based on an existing floor plan.
The plan already exists, and it includes black dots that indicate structural elements or foundations (which cannot be moved). The goal is to explore different possible room configurations (kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, etc.) for this floor, while respecting the structural constraints.
I would like to receive:
3 to 5 different layout proposals
Smart, functional, and comfortable arrangements suitable for daily living
A short description for each proposal (benefits, type of use, style/atmosphere, etc.)
If possible: a clear 2D plan for each option (can be hand-drawn or made with tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
The goal is to review these ideas before moving ahead with any renovation or construction.
