Multichain Presale dApp for Token Sale

I'm looking for an experienced developer(s) to create a comprehensive presale decentralized application (dApp) on a multichain platform for my upcoming token sale. The dApp needs to incorporate all essential features, including:

- KYC/AML verification: The dApp must have a robust system for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to maintain the integrity of the token sale.

- Referral system: A built-in referral system is necessary to incentivize participants to promote the presale.

- Tiered purchase levels: The dApp should facilitate different levels of token purchase, allowing for varying levels of investment and participation.

Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive knowledge and experience in Web3, blockchain development, and dApp creation.
