Multi-device Tech Support for Home Business

I need a versatile technology expert who can assist with a variety of systems including a desktop computer, laptop, tablet and smartphone - all Apple. I am currently faced with software issues on several of these devices, most notably my six-year-old Apple Mac which is struggling to update to the new IoS. I'm also interested in understanding whether it would be more beneficial for me to update my Mac as part of this process.
Additionally, I require help accessing data on an old hard disk. I'd appreciate advice on Dropbox setup, family diary coordination and subscriptions, and generating optimum storage plans using Google, Outlook, and Dropbox. Network security is another significant aspect that needs to be addressed, including home wifi setup and VPN.
Ideal applicants should have comprehensive experience with the devices listed, familiarity with software optimization, a good understanding of home network security and should be able to offer advice on hardware updates.
