Project Overview
We are seeking a skilled individual or agency for short-term, project-based development of a multi-tenant,
cloud-native SaaS platform with Agentic AI capabilities. This is a headless Next.js + AWS system with
role-based Auth0, usage-based Stripe billing, and intelligent LLM integration.
The platform supports Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers, each with distinct authentication, storage, and AI
access strategies. Development is driven by a modern DevOps stack and production-ready boilerplate.

Platform Features & Tech Highlights
- Frontend: Next.js 14+, hosted on Vercel (SPA with ShadCN/UI)
- Auth: Auth0 Organizations for tenant-based auth
- Backend: Dockerized API on AWS App Runner
- Storage:
- Shared S3 bucket (Free/Pro) using prefix-per-tenant
- Enterprise S3 via cross-account AWS access
- Billing: Stripe integration (plans, webhooks, usage)
- AI Integration:
- OpenAI or Ollama chatbot (Pro/Enterprise only)
- Token limits enforced by tier
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions -> Docker -> AWS App Runner
- Languages & UI: Multi-language, Dark/Light mode

Ideal Candidate / Agency
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Strong in Next.js, AWS App Runner, Docker, Stripe, Auth0
