Multi-Lingual Mini-School Scheduling System using Open-source software

I seek a talented developer to find and modify existing user-friendly, open-source software. I need a scheduling system for a one-room schoolhouse in Pakistan. This project requires the system to manage class timetables, teacher profiles and availability, and student registrations. This can be cloud-based but needs a mobile interface.
Key project aspects:
• User Interface: Must support Balti, Urdu, and English languages.
• Features: Key functionalities should cover class timetables, allowing for smooth class schedule management. An online system for managing teacher bios and availability. A mobile feature for student registrations.
• Users: The system must be designed to accommodate more than ten teachers, one or two administrators, and up to 100 students.
Ideal candidates should have:
• Experience with open-source software development.
• Proven track record in UX design, especially in multilingual settings.
