Multi-Level Contact & Call Tracking Database

I'm in need of a multi-level deep database that effectively manages my contacts and tracks the results of calls made. This database will have multiple levels, starting from Level 1 which is the initial contact level, to Level 2 for contacts made, and Level 3 for results from calls. Relatives of Owner ( name, Phone, Email Text ) Associates of the Owner ( name, phone, email Text ) make calls, send emails, sent text - Need results from this activity. ? If no contacts. Try again.. Run the list of those on the list and date of recontact. Contact may have 8 previous addresses, phone, emails, Same for relatives
12 relatives listed, phone, email text, Associates ma be 22 listed Need to ADD these to the list. Phone, Email Text, all activity results must entered and searchable base on a property address as the Master Item to connect the Owner. Each time I reach out to this list tied to the Property address ...there must be a result entered and a determination made. this all tied to a auto Dialer. Must be able also to get information from a source with needed data and Export source data to a spreadsheet which is then reloaded too the created database. Other fields which are needed at Leevel1: Overage Amount $, Parcel I D, Case # this also tied to the property address. Database must be easy to enter a search request, must be easy to read the results and run a 2nd search if no data matches . Database to flexible to Add Fields on the fly all tied to a given target field based on relationship Need Quote .

They should also possess the ability to implement the necessary features to make the database user-friendly and efficient.
