Monthly payment sheet and payment system for employees

I am looking for a freelancer to build a monthly payment sheet and payment system to replace our current payroll software for more than 50 employees. Our current payroll system is manual and we are looking for something new. Our desired payment system should have the capability of automatic calculations, as well as the ability to manage payroll taxes and time-tracking integration. As the employer, I expect the system to be user-friendly and comprehensive so that it meets the needs of our organization. The freelancer who takes this project should be able to deliver on time and within budget.
