We are seeking a skilled and creative graphic designer to enhance our existing logo and develop a complete corporate identity package for our business.
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Logo Enhancement
• Modernise and polish the current logo
• Note: We would prefer to retain the existing character/icon, as it is important to our brand identity. However, we are open to modifications or modernisations, as long as the character remains somewhat recognisable
• Deliver the logo in all standard formats: AI, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, EPS, and .ICO
• Include versions for:
o Full colour
o Black & white
o Transparent background
o Favicon (.ico)
o Scalable for print and digital use
2. Letterhead Design
• Professional, clean, and brand-aligned layout
• Two formats:
o Editable Microsoft Word version for daily use
o Print-ready PDF version (CMYK, 300 DPI, with bleeds and crop marks) for bulk professional printing
• Includes logo, business contact details, and placeholders for date, subject, body text, and signature
3. Microsoft Outlook Email Signature
• Designed for full compatibility with Outlook
• Includes:
o Company logo
o Name, job title, phone, mobile, email, business name, business address
o Social media icons
o Legal disclaimer (to be provided)
4. Other Branding Essentials (if missing)
• Business card layout
• Font selection and colour palette guide
• Ensure visual consistency across all assets
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in corporate branding and identity design
• Ability to deliver editable source files and final exports in organised folders
• Attention to brand consistency and professionalism
• Responsive to feedback and revisions
