Microsoft email issue

We are having issue with sending out SMT emails through a Microsoft 365 email account. We are getting this issue. ServiceNotAvailable: 4.7.66 TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not supported. Please upgrade/update your client to support TLS 1.2. Visit https://aka.ms/smtp_auth_tls. [SYXPR01CA0102.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com]
It looks like we need to update to TLS 1.2.
