Microsoft Dynamics to MySQL Data Transfer

Seeking an expert (or like to be) in data extraction and transfer from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central database to a MySQL database.
Extracting data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central database and inject into MySQL database.
(MySQL database on Linux webserver. Remote MySQL is functional).
Please note that requested functions are one way only.
MySQL tables can be manually created to match BC.
Desktop application preferred (Windows 10).
My SQL workbench with ODBC an option.
Open for other solutions.
Features needed:
Simple update from desktop application.
Updating multiple tables in one go.
Automated updates, scheduled to run?
Conversion/calculation of data prior to update.
Issues:
Combining nestled tables in BC.
(Previously done in BI)
Conversions and calculations.
I appreciate a good price for a solution.
But I appreciate more the best described and functional solution above price.
