Medical Software Development - Coding Automation

I'm developing a medical software that automates "medical coding" positions. The goal is to create software that can analyze natural language data and extract highly accurate and meaningful medical codes, specifically ICD-10, which can then be provided to clinics and hospitals.

I am seeking an experienced software developer with a strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and algorithm development. You will be primarily responsible for:

- Developing the back-end of the software.
- Creating the algorithm that will analyze and extract medical codes from natural language data.

While I am not focused on the front-end at this moment, it should be simple enough for us to easily view the results.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in back-end software development.
- Strong skills in natural language processing.
- Experience in medical coding and familiarity with ICD-10 is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a non-technical client.
