Medical Application with its equipment

We need an application that can display the data collected remotely by different equipment to a physician in real-time. The equipment includes:
EKG
Spirometer and Pulse
Sonogram

A technician should be able to use this equipment to get health data from a patient. And this information should be visible to the remote physician for diagnosis and recommendations.
