Looking for white label E-invoicing solutions

We are looking for ready made E-invoicing solution, that can integrate with other system , using api , ftp , excel and other formats to generate E-invoice.
The solutions should be capable of integrating with already in place ERP system like SAP , microsoft dynamics etc.
