Looking for expert in Applicaqtion

Require an application or software or app for layout prepration setting's in Autocad software during inspection. When we go for inspection of the project we need to draw line's and sketche's by hand as per the client's requirement's. Then after we draw this sketch again into the software of Autocad. We want an application that reduce this effort.
