Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Dynamic 365 CRM Microsoft Product (Online and Offline)
- At least 5 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of customizing in Dynamics
- Very good knowledge in working with APIs
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of FDD, FRD, SDD and Microsoft TFS
- Expertise in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations and Finance modules
- Familiarity with integrating CRM systems into existing software
- Ability to work on long-term projects and meet deadlines effectively.
