Loan interest calculation and balance reporting software
Budget: $10 – $40 USD
There is a group of 4 companies who hands out loans, approximately 100 of them. We need a software that calculates interest for these loans, allows us to manually apply incoming payments against those loans. Then it gives us reports on past due payments, account balances (per client or per company).
We need a simple master file for the 4 companies landing out the loans. Then master files for each client with their basic contact information. Then a master file for each loans with information needed to calculate interest (normal interest, late fee etc. the rates can be variable so they need to be date-specific).
Then we need an algorithm that calculates interests based on the master file and posts it to the balance.
Then we need reports to show who owes how much, current and past due balance etc.
We have multiple currencies, the program should be able to show balances on a currency chosen based on interbank rates posted in a table online or downloaded manually.
