Project Title:
AI-Based Index Movement Prediction Tool for NSE/BSE (Phase 1 & Phase 2)
Project Objective:
To develop a web-based tool that predicts the movement and price range of major Indian stock indices (Nifty, Sensex, etc.) across different timeframes. The project will be delivered in two phases:
Phase 1: Develop the core prediction tool with a live dashboard.
Phase 2: Integrate an option premium analyzer to suggest optimal strikes for option selling.

Scope of Work:
Data Integration:
Collect historical OHLCV data for indices from NSE/BSE.
Set up live data feed via broker APIs (Zerodha, Upstox, etc.).
Feature Engineering:
Calculate technical indicators (SMA, EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands).
Optional: Integrate news sentiment analysis.
Model Development:
Use ML models (LSTM, XGBoost, etc.) to predict index direction and price range across timeframes (15m, EOD, weekly, monthly).
Backtesting:
Implement a backtesting module to validate the model using historical data and provide performance metrics.
Frontend Dashboard:
Develop a user-friendly web interface (using Streamlit or Dash) to display predictions, charts, and key metrics.
Ensure the dashboard updates in real-time for intraday predictions.
Source Code Ownership:
