LicenceKey Generator

I am seeking to create a LicenceKey Generator that would generate secure and customized license keys for my particular Windows software. This software would need to support both Perpetual and Subscription-based Licensing models but I require additional security features such as custom security features above the basic security provided. The custom security features could include encryption as an extra layer of protection.
