Leading Software

I am looking for multiple software developers to join my team to become the leading Software development company that will provide life-changing software to support all the markets out there. The starting software will be a unique and dynamic Business Solution software. I have a list of specific features that I would like included in the software. The main purpose of the software is to help companies grow, provide better service, reduce costs, and save time on admin. I am looking for people with experience in software development that is willing to contribute at least 15 hours a week. Candidates will form part of the company and will be rewarded and paid once the company makes revenue. This will be a partnership/investment for the candidates as there will always be new projects to work on. The ideal candidates should have UI/UX & Software development (Web/mobile) tools and be able to provide suggestions on how to make the software more effective.
