LAMP software for manage food ingredients

I need a web software that allows me to calculate how many food dishes I can serve with a specific amount of ingredients. For example, to make the dish called "suckling pig" I need 150 grams of pork, 200 grams of rice, 30 grams of peas, 20 grams of tomato, 30 grams of onion. And finally being able to bill customers and be able to know how much I should buy of each ingredient to serve 100,200, or 500 plates of food.
