Java Desktop Chat Application Development

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist in the development of a chat application. The project is divided into multiple stages, each focusing on different aspects of the application development. The stages include Login and Signup UI for clients and client UI(home) all clients connected on server will appear on it and each client status and client can message any other on server and send texts and emojis and voice calls to him and all chats stored on database and button for show user id and change username and password if he want and upload and delete image and i want UI for server to send broadcast messages or notifications to all clients on server

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Java
• Prior experience in developing chatting systems
• Familiarity with Graphic User Interface (GUI) design
• General understanding of user experience (UX) principles
