Japanese to English & Spanish Translation Tool -- 2

I'm seeking a developer to create a Desktop-based translation tool that translates from Japanese to both English and Spanish from two diferent Visual Novels but from the same developers, in this case the nivel uses Malie engine, And It appears to have camelia encription
Key Requirements:
- the tool Would extract the txt file for manual translation
-the tool Would repack the txt on the exe or game files in order to se the translated text
- The tool should seamlessly translate Japanese text to English and Spanish.
- The interface should be user-friendly and efficient for a Desktop application.
The ideal candidate for this project would be a software developer with experience creating translation tools, particularly for Desktop applications.
