JIRA Tutoring and Workflow Coordination Assistance

I am a new hire at a company and my onboarding is accelerated and I could use some extra tutoring/ assistance with workflow coordination in JIRA. a couple hours a day for about a week or two.
I am a beginner with JIRA, and I need help with:
- Creating and managing tasks
- Setting up workflows
