Interfacing Mainflux to Ory Network for authentication/authorization
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a developer who can modify Mainflux to connect it to Ory Network for authentication and authorization services.
Mainflux integrates a native authentication/authorization engine. However, Mainflux maintainers stated recently that it can use an external auth engine as well:
"As for support for external auth, it is still possible, but we haven't worked on it extensively. We did not architecturally change our adapters and they are still using gRPC to call auth, it's only that Auth is now Things, rather than a separate service. That call can easily be redirected to something else, like Keto or 3rd party auth svc. Nothing changed in that context."
