AI Integration with Moego

I'm seeking an experienced AI developer to finish our integration of OpenAI and ChatGPT for customer support automation with Moego. The setup has been partially completed.

Moego is an online booking application for scheduling mobile pet grooming. However, we are unable to access the API, and therefore we created a browser extension scraping layer with a previous developer.

Here are the steps of the process that still need to be completed:

1. OpenAI Integration
o Tune prompts to match brand tone and dynamic context
2. Knowledge Base Integration
o Connect to structured data (e.g., FAQs, policy templates)
o Build editor interface for easy updates
3. Message Monitoring & Triage
o Detect new conversations
o Classify intent and offer suggested actions
o Flag important threads
4. Notification System
o Visual indicators within Moego UI
o Optional email/Slack alerts for escalated messages
5. Testing & Handover
o QA testing across sample scenarios
o Deliver training guide and install instructions

You will be provided with all the work the previous developer did to build upon.

Key requirements:
- Complete the integration process.
- Leverage OpenAI to automate customer and client support interactions.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with OpenAI Assistants API.
- Background in AI, particularly in customer support automation.
- Familiarity with Moego.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
