Integration between Zoho inventory and other platforms

The goal of the project is to integrate between Zoho inventory platform and other platform.
The goal of the integration is simply, once the status of the shipment at the platform changed to delivered, the status for the shipment in Zoho inventory is to be changed to be delivered too.
Following is the list of platforms I want to integrate with Zoho inventory:
