Integration Instagram API and access token to website with additional functions

I am looking for someone who have experience in integration Instagram API to my website. I have imagine how it's need to work and did my research, and according to that it is possible to make. Here it is how its need to look like. On my website we need to create sign up/login button for login on website. The user need to give us API access and token if its needed. After that they will be redirected to thank you page. When we finish this I need to be able to take control over their Instagram profile for following specific account. I need someone who can go with me through whole process from verification that API to publishing that on website. So lets recap how its need to work. User come to my website and there is sign up button. In process of signing up, they will sign up for everything what our API needs to work lately. After that they will be redirected to another page. After that I need to be able to follow few Instagram accounts using that API. Of course they will be inform what our API will do when they sing up for it. There are applications on the Internet that work similar like this. In those apps you can for example with one button unfollow people who doesn't foll0ws you. I need an system that will follow few accounts without their efforts, they just need to give us permission for that in previous steps. Also its should be simple for me to use it, I don't want to work with code, and etc.
