Integrate API from a SIM card provider "1nce" to a GPS tracker software provider "GPSwox"

We have some SIM cards from "1nce" and they have some API - I will provide you their manual.
Then we have a GPS tracker software from company "GPSwox" and a SMS gateway section, where we need to setup the APIs from 1nce in order to be able to send SMSs from the GPSwox portal.
► So final goal is to be able to send SMS from GPSwox, using 1nce API. ◄
I will give you an access to 1nce portal and some SIM cards.
I need you as a freelancer to send me what I need to fill in the CONFIG of GPSWOX in order to make SMS gateway work.
