Install RapidsAI in Google Colab Notebook and Help With Dash Plotly Interactive Map

Hello,
I'm looking for someone that can assist me with getting Nvidia's RapidsAI installed on my Google Colab Notebook. Error that I get as of now is "WARNING conda.core.solve:_add_specs(611): pinned spec cudatoolkit=11.1 conflicts with explicit specs." Also, I'm planning to utilize RapidsAI to make an interactive dynamic Dash Plotly map. Most of the code has been written and many of the chained callbacks are working correctly except the final one which does not return my choropleth figure-- so I need some debugging help there as well. Please let me know if you can help! Walkthroughs can be done via zoom or any other appropriate application.
