Instagram DM Service

I am looking for a developer who can make a service where if a post is sent to a user, that same user then reposts the same post that was sent, along with a caption from the same direct message.
I intend on using one account of mine to explore posts and to send them to another one of my accounts, and then that account will repost the sent post.
Example:
Let’s say there are two Instagram accounts… Account A sends a posted photo/video to Account B through direct messages, along with a short note saying “look at this post!”. The service would see that a message was sent/received, and then would post the same photo/video on Account B, with the short note as the caption. Please comment or message me with the number 3 along with your offer, I want to make sure you’ve read this without randomly posting an offer.

Wanted features:
- When a post is sent to a connected account via DMs, the post is reposted to the connected account.
- As the post is reposted, a caption is created based on whatever message is sent with the post via DMs. If there’s no message, the repost will have no caption.
- After the repost, the connected account will then comment predetermined hashtags.
