Implementation of Segment data into Hubspot

We are currently capturing data in Segment from the website across different stages of the customer lifecycle. We want to ensure that the data flows directly into Hubspot so we can setup automated email and messaging triggers based on the information - e.g. Abandoned Cart , Post sale email etc.
