Image Recap System with ChatGPT then combine it to my main code and debug it so everything works

I'm seeking a developer who can create a system that allows me to upload images via APIs to ChatGPT, which will then generate descriptions of the images. The system should be capable of remembering previous images and their recaps to provide context for future uploads.

after u make the system above you make to replace the ai in my main code to the ai u just created and debug the code so everything works the main code ai is similar it takes in images 1 at a time and recaps it but it doesnot have any idea about the pervious character just the recap so i want it so it reconizes the previous character its action and with that info it recaps/summirizes the next image i provide
