ITSM Solution Architecture Design -- 2

Job ID: 38097006

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I am currently in need of an expert to create a solution architecture for the deployment of a new IT Service Management (ITSM) system. The goals of this endeavor are to achieve: - Scalability and robust performance to meet current and future demands. - Powerful security measures and data protection policies to ensure the system's safety. - Seamless integration with pre-existing systems to minimize disruption. I am particularly looking for the solution architecture to equip the ITSM system with the following functionalities: - Incident management: that will allow us to efficiently handle any unexpected disruptions. - Problem management: helping us to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented. - Service Catalog: offering a structured and intuitively organized directory of all the IT services we deliver. The new ITSM system is projected to be used by over 100 users, hence the architecture design should be able to effortlessly accommodate this user load, ensuring a smooth, glitch-free experience. Ideal Applicants would have substantial experience in designing scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrable system architectures. A strong background in ITSM systems design, incident management, problem management, and service catalog frameworks would be highly valuable.

The key components of a solution architecture design document include:
1. Overview of the solution
2. Architectural diagrams
3. System components and modules
4. Data flow and integration points
5. Non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, performance, security)
6. Technology stack and tools
7. Deployment and infrastructure considerations
8. Risks and mitigation strategies
9. Assumptions and constraints
10. Future roadmap and enhancements
11. Screens design.
12. Any suggestions to be added later
