Home Assistant: Integrate communication with a server, using REST API,

I need to integrate in my home assistant the communication with a web server using a rest API. It is going to be based on "get" services. The home assistant, HA, will connect to the web server using its uuid and will get from it a token. Using this token the HA will ask about the resources which are defined for it in the web server. The next point will be to define sensors in HA attached to those resources, with the names and types given by the web server, and do a polling to get the actual values for this resources defined in the web server.
