High calibre full stack developer to build online portal +development of new modules+integrate with existing software systems

Task is to
(i)build an online portal
(ii)develop new modules/features into the portal
(iii)interface/ integrate the portal with existing third party software/systems (such as project management software Monday.com , Microsoft 365, Quickbooks)

So the portal will be a central one stop portal for users (either staff or customers or outsiders) to login/logout everyday into their user account panel/dashboard. A number of modules/features (such as HR management, project management, project quotations) have to be developed and added in the portal
Requirements of developer:
-must be full stack developer
-Must be expert in software/app development (web based/ cloud , mobile) with many years of experience in software/app development
-proficient with project management app like Monday.com
-Minimum qualification bachelor degree in Computer Science/Programming/IT.
-Ability to consistently produce and deliver high quality work
