Help with infrastructure low latency trading

I am considering my options for a low latency trading infrastructure. I came across Roq Trading (https://roq-trading.com/): "Roq Trading Solutions is a suite of software solutions allowing you to implement and deploy your own bespoke algorithmic trading system".
I probably need help setting up this intrastructure. I am however open to other considerations for a low latency infrastructure, but Roq Trading seemed a good fit. Only interested in developers with experience in setting up a low latency infrastructure. Speed and safety are the most important aspects.
