Harvest Time Tracking Automation Expert
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm seeking a professional to help me set up some automations using either Zapier, Make or another reliable sync tool.
I currently have two profiles on Harvest Time Tracking, I use FreeAgent for my accounting and I am considering using Matters.cloud instead of Harvest if the sync is easier.
On Harvest I have 2 profiles which I access with the same email. I can switch and use 2 separate emails to access if easier to make the sync.
Automation Requirements:
- Automation N1:
When I create a time entry in Harvest Profile 1, I want the same time entry to be created in Harvest Profile 2.
If this is not possible, then I need a corresponding time entry from Harvest Profile 1 to be created on Matters.cloud. or let's do it anyway and then I decide which programme to use.
- Automation N2:
When I send an invoice in Harvest Profile 2, I need an invoice to be created in my FreeAgent Account.
- Automation N3: When I create a time entry in Harvest Profile 2, I need a time entry to be created in FreeAgent. Note: This automation might not be feasible from what I saw.
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up these automations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide guidance on how to manage these profiles and the automations moving forward.
- Offer insights if any changes to the email setup would be beneficial.
Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in using Zapier, Make or other reliable sync tools.
- Previous experience with Harvest Time Tracking, Matters.cloud, and FreeAgent ideal.
- Strong understanding of automation processes.
Other Automations
If advisable, then I might want to sync also creating clients and projects across Harvest and FreeAgent.
I am open to any reliable tool that can help facilitate these integrations.
