Google gSuite Contact Script

Read in a csv (or some type of templated contact info data) and modify upload/modify Google contacts (phone and email) with Google's People API. Data will be exported out of rental management software with past/current/future tenant contact info and contacts need to be created or modified to reelect p/c/f status. Email groups must be maintained based on apartment (roommates), hallway (same street number but different apartment number eg 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, etc) and building wide.
