Gen2 Universal Printer firmware/software

I have a Gen2 Universal Printer with the power adapter and evaluation cable and I would like firmware/software that allows me to print tickets with the included fonts/ ticket format / barcode and adjust the variables that are located on the ticket using a windows based laptop
