GPS Mapping Navigation Software Expert Needed for Consultation

HI, I am working to build a full GPS navigation application using open source maps.

For now I just need to speak to an expert for 1 hour for a consultation only to:

1. Plan the project and get insight on whats possible to develop
2. To get advice on sources of open source free maps
3. To discuss the features that would diffrentite the navgation sotware
4. To give me advice on the minimum features that should be in the software
5. Where to find POI data and how to source free data on Global POIs
6. Recommendations of Navgation software development companies that can help me build the software

If the consultant is good, we will hire you to work with us as we develop the software
