Full-Stack Developer for Telegram Automation App (V.I.K.I. - MVP)

About the Project:
We're seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Developer to build the MVP of V.I.K.I. - a web application designed to streamline Telegram account management and automate engagement tasks. Our target users are marketers, social media managers, and businesses looking to enhance their Telegram presence.

MVP Features:
User Authentication/Authorization: Secure user registration, login, password recovery, and profile management.
Telegram Integration: Add, manage, and switch between multiple Telegram accounts (using JSON format and session management).
Automated Commenting: Utilize the ChatGPT API to generate and post comments on selected Telegram posts, with configurable settings (timing, frequency, accounts used).
Dialog Control: Basic functionality to receive and respond to incoming messages from managed Telegram accounts.
Admin Panel: View/edit user information and manage user access.
Settings & Templates: Allow users to save and reuse configurations for automation tasks.

Technical Stack:
Frontend: React (preferred) or Blazor, with a focus on responsive design and a modern UI (Material UI, Bootstrap, or similar).
Backend: .NET Core, PostgreSQL database.
API Integration: Seamlessly integrate with the ChatGPT API for comment generation (secure key management, rate limiting, and error handling are crucial).
Cloud Deployment: Deploy to a scalable cloud platform (AWS, Azure, etc.) with a defined CI/CD pipeline.
