Fleet Management Alert Automation

I'm looking for a skilled professional who can create an automated system to monitor the registration, service, and insurance for our fleet on a weekly basis. Your responsibilities would include:

- Utilizing Make.com and integrating it seamlessly with Google Sheets
- Developing a system that sends out email alerts on a weekly basis
- Ensuring the alerts are timely and accurate

Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in automation, preferably with Make.com and Google Sheets, and a strong understanding of fleet management. Your ability to create a reliable and efficient automated alert system will be crucial for the smooth operation of our fleet.

Service Due Date Alerts
Create Scenario: "Vehicle Service Due Date Alert" Gogle sheets Configure to check “Service Due Date & Km” column
Filter: Identify rows with upcoming or missing service dates
Email Module: Send email to driver and CC head office for upcoming service dates



Insurance column on sheet
Create Scenario: "Vehicle Insurance and Hire Cover Check"
Google Sheets Module:Add “Watch Rows” module Configure to check “Insurance Policy # and Expiry”
Filter: Identify rows missing insurance details or hire cover
