Flash USDT TRC20

We want the script/UI to do the following stuff:
- Generate USDT Flash TRC20 Transactions
- Define the time that the transaction can remain in the wallet
- Define the charges of the blockchain networks for a quick confirmation
- VPN and TOR options included with proxy
- Option to show whether the transaction gets full confirmation or zero confirmations
- Support all wallets
- Segwit and legacy address
- 100% confirmed transaction
- Ability to spend bitcoins on any other address (Segwit address, legacy, Segwit / bch32)
- Works with all wallets

- Can be transferable wallet to wallet more than 2 times minimum
Previous experience are preferred
