Fix php installation script

Please read all carefully to save your time and my time, this is a very easy task. For over 5 years I was legally purchased and installed in a "sub.domain" a php script for a sms bulk platform with their genuine lifetime legally license and all works perfect, but from one moment to another is requesting me enter the license again, BUT if I do that I will lost years and years of data, customers information with their contact list, settings, customizations and many others stuff was cost me money, time and a lot of effort. In others words, This issues start after restart my vps after the routine updates.

I am not a rookie on this, I have more than 10 years of experience and that's why the scope of work is very well explained to avoid confusions. Yes, I have knowledges in programming, but this time I need some help because my hands are full of jobs. Yes, for me is pretty easy to identify bids from fake profiles.
