Fix Startup PC Error

I'm looking for an experienced technician to diagnose and fix an error that's preventing my PC from starting up. I fixed my computer in December and it was working well until yesterday. I made a few pending system updates to MSI engine, iCue drivers. After a shut down yesterday, the computer started having the following issue - The error occurs during startup, with a red light for CPU, yellow light for DRAM on the MSI 670E tomahawk WiFi motherboard. I tried the following debugs: 1. Unplugging one ram ( out of 2) from slot b2, having only a2. Turned on the PC for the CPU to read memory, didn’t work. 2. Reset CMOS, didn’t work 3. Disassembled and reassembled CPU, GPU, DRAM. Checked all power plugs. No changes.
