Fix Browser issue

Hello,
I am looking for some one expert to fix my Network issue as i am not able to open freelancer.com on google chrome .opera and many other browsers.
I can just open freelancer.com on firefox,Firefox nighty,comodo icedragon and waterfox.
This issue is coming on all computers for all internet service providers and even i have changed the internet routers as well.
Let me know if any one is sure to solve this issue Thank you
