Feedback System Development on Microsoft 365 -- 2

I'm seeking a Microsoft 365 expert to develop a comprehensive feedback system.
Some of work is done. Power bi and power automate and powerapp tasks are pending.
Key requirements:
- Utilization of Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint for seamless integration.
- A system that allows for automated workflows, customized forms, and robust data analysis and reporting.
- Integration with Active Directory, power BI, and Microsoft Forms for a holistic approach.
- The system should be accessible via a web browser.
Your role would be to set up and configure every element of the system from scratch. This includes developing the necessary interfaces, workflows, and connections to create a fully functional feedback system on Microsoft 365.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record working with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
- Experience in developing automated workflows, custom forms, and data analytics/reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, power BI, and Microsoft Forms is a plus.
- Previous experience in developing web-based applications.
