FTP Log Monitoring & Failed Upload Tracking

We have been sending files using FTP windows API to Godaddy servers for past 10 years and recently we are unable to upload files. I need to see where the file is being blocked from. I just a trace log so I can provide it to Godaddy tech support so they can see where the is on their server.
Project is to crate a log that traces the FTP background API windows file transfer so I can present to Godaddy tech support. It's a one time log I don't need anything fancy and you could just instruct me on a tool to use to capture the FTP communication.
